· Board Governance -The account executive assigned to your organization serves as your information officer and contact person. In this role, your executive is available to take and record minutes of the meetings and provide support during meetings.
· Advise - At times, all nonprofits are burdened with regulatory responsibilities intended for only a portion of the entire nonprofit community. We strive to stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments and advise and inform our clients. · Legal Risks - Between 70-80 percent of legal actions taken against nonprofits are employment-related. Our firm assumes 100% of the risk of employment-related liabilities because the individuals that staff our firm are our employees, not the nonprofit’s.
